We will not be sending formal invitations. All wedding information is located on the wedding website. We will send reminders via email (and text if needed) to RVSP by April 15, 2025.
Please RSVP via the wedding website by April 15, 2025.
Please visit the "Lodging" tab on the wedding website. Please book a room by April 20, 2025, however, we STRONGLY encourage making accommodations sooner rather than later.
While we encourage guests to stay in Boulder (either at the hotel block or other), both for ease and to take advantage of everything Boulder has to offer, there are surrounding areas for you to stay. Nearby cities include Gunbarrel, Longmont, Lafayette, and Louisville. There are also some very cute options in Lyons!
If your date's name was not listed on the invitation, please ask to see if we have available seating. Please do not assume you get a plus one.
You're welcome to bring kids for the weekend, however, the only kiddos invited to the wedding are our nieces and nephews.
There is no formal dress code but we are hoping people will be excited to dress up for our special day! We want people to wear something nice so long as it makes them feel GOOD and be able to dance! Think garden party -- florals, light colors, and lots of fun encouraged! The venue has grassy fields, so please plan accordingly.
We love Memorial Day Weekend in Boulder! That being said Boulder will be busier than usual. We recommend making reservations ahead of time, such as lodging, meal reservations, car rental, etc., when applicable. Additionally, on Monday, May 26, some of downtown will be shut down for the Bolder Boulder (10K race). You may experience some traffic leaving Boulder if you're trying to leave from 6am-1pm that day. Check the race route for more details and please plan accordingly.
If you live at sea level or have health concerns, you may be prone to symptoms of altitude sickness. Our wedding will be at 5,400 feet; please consider this as you make travel plans. We recommend drinking plenty of water and a small reminder that alcohol may affect you more at altitude than you are used to!
There will be two buses transporting people to and from the venue from the hotel block that we have at the Residence Inn Canyon Boulevard. We will update times that the bus is leaving the hotel to the venue and leaving the venue to return to the hotel once they are known! Guests can also drive their own vehicle and park at the venue.
We are not having a wedding party and are beyond thankful to each guest for attending our wedding and being part of our special day!
Yes! There will be a variety of activities throughout the weekend that any guests are invited to attend. Please visit the "Schedule" tab on the website for more details.
There are a variety of ways to get from DIA to Boulder. Depending on your needs and plans while visiting, we listed options below. (1) Renting a car is likely the most convenient option if you are hoping to do some exploring while in town for the wedding. (2) Uber/Lyft is an easy option and usually costs ~$100 one way. Boulder has a great bus system and ubers/lyfts are readily available in town. (3) RTD Bus is the cheapest option to get from the airport to downtown Boulder. It will require some planning, so please review the bus routes.
