Maid of Honor
My sister, my best friend.
Best Man
Mike and I have known each other since the 7th grade on the basketball courts at lunch time. Since then we’ve been the closest of friends. From playing sports together to sneaking me out of my house and leaving flowers on girls’ doorsteps in the middle of the night when we were in high school, to even living together when we were in our, “prime.”

"My mom says sarah and I first became friends by comparing our butts out on my front lawn. We've been friends for almost 30 years now and mine is still bigger! I don't know if that is as good a win as it was when we were 5... 😂

I first met Mike in first grade, and he’s been one of my closest and best friends since. Marzi’s been part of my family for decades and we all love him with all our hearts. Mike has more nicknames than our entire group combined. A few classics are: Eddie (think Eddie Murphy in ‘Raw’), Italian Stallion, E.T., Marzi… and many others I can’t share. Nicknames aside, I’m proud and honored to share in his most joyous event of holy matrimony, to Sarah; a wonderful lady, who’s beautiful, funny, kind, ambitious, smart… oh wait, I just remembered something else about Marzi… he’s the best damn salesman on the planet! Don’t believe me?… just ask him. After all, he was the #1 refrigerator salesperson at Sears! Mike and Sarah, I wish you two a lifetime of happiness, good health, and prosperity!

From teen years to present, Sarah has been one of the few constants in my world and when you find a bond like this, you don't want to let it go....that is until she tries to snatch the french fries off of your plate like a vulture, forcing you to reevaluate your friendship. Potatoes aside, I wouldn't trade our nights talking on the phone for hours, mocking her old lady habits, girls trips around the country or the 6 years we spent as roomies for anything. Forever the llama to my face, the Bella to my Edward and a big piece of my heart.

Mike and I were in kindergarten together and then he moved and broke my heart. We reunited through sports and in junior high we were reunited at school. Mike has always been a trusted confidant and a true friend. I could not be happier for him and Sarah.

Although having gone to high school together, we didn't actually become friends until we ran into each other one fateful night at BJ's Brewhouse where we instantly bonded over Irish Car Bombs. Over the past decade there have been many laughs, tears cried (snotbubbles), awesome (and hilarious) memories made, and we've shared in each other's highest highs and lowest lows. There may be thousands of miles between us now, but we have still remained the best of friends and continue to cheer on and support each other from afar!

Mike has a few amazing traits that will make him a great Husband. Mike is loyal. When you read the definition it says, "giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution.” This is a trait that Sara can count on as I have in my life with Mike. Mike has the biggest smile grin you have ever seen! Life has a way of being difficult. I know, from personal experience, Sarah can always count on that huge Disney grin, as well as Mikes positive outlook and support, to keep things in perspective. Mike is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Holocaust survivor Viktor E. Frankl wrote, There are only two kinds of people in this world, the decent and the indecent. Mike is one of the most decent Human Beings I have ever met!

Sarah and I have been friends for over 10 years; over a shared love of our dogs and sleep overs. I’m still trying to figure out a way to tell our husbands that "guess whose in my bed" is a perfectly normal thing. Few friends can enjoy their time together digging drip irrigation ditches, dreaming about all the places we want to travel, and reminiscing about the Gin and Tonic days and Sarah is one of them, oh how I treasure her.

Let me tell you a story... Their are wonderful memories I share with my brother that very few people know about, and some memories he might even be too young to remember. These are the special memories that family, friends and all loved ones create together. Now it's time for Sarah and Mike to make their own memories. May they be wonderful and everlasting.. The story is now yours together to tell. I wish you both well!
