Where do a lot of modern-day love stories begin? With a dating app, of course! Zac and Jamie were no different from many couples who found love on a dating app, but that’s just where their story began! Jamie, living in Chicago at the time, matched with a handsome, dog-dad in Lone Tree, CO and sent the first message to her new match: “Is that your real last name??” Who would have thought over two years later, she is to become Mrs. Sunset and will likely be answering that same question for years to come. Once Jamie and Zac finally met at Starbucks, after an 18-hour solo car ride moving back to Denver from Chicago, Jamie was pleasantly surprised to find her match with an adorable black dog in his arms. Zac was just as handsome, funny, and kind in real life. Not to mention, with her tongue moving a mile a minute, Luna was just as excited to meet Jamie as Zac was! From that first coffee date, the connection Zac and Jamie made was unbreakable. From meeting each other’s families and friends, navigating the COVID pandemic together, buying their first home together in Castle Rock, CO, and everything in between, they never stopped laughing and enjoying the life they built. On December 29, 2021, Zac made it official by getting down on one knee in the snow in Breckenridge, CO and asked Jamie to marry him. It was the easiest “yes” Jamie has ever said - actually she screamed “OBVIOUSLY!!” Zac and Jamie, together with their families, will get married on August 27, 2022 near Black Hawk, CO in an intimate ceremony and will host a big celebration at their new home in the months to come to celebrate with everyone!
