Dakota and Samantha first met at their alma mater Marquette University. Legend has it that the first time Sam laid eyes on Dakota, she told her roommate he would be the one she would marry. On October 29th, 2016, just before Sam's favorite holiday, Dakota asked her to be his girlfriend. Through the following years, they quickly fell in love with each other. Whether going to a party, or on the way to pick up Sam for a date at one of their local Milwaukee favorites, Dakota was quickly feeling like the luckiest man in the world. Over the next 5 years, they learned, loved, and grew together. After a bit of extra time at Marquette, Dakota moved to the Windy City to be with Sam in Chicago. Today, they feel happiest whenever together and their favorite activity is going out to dinner, especially with family and friends.
