The Westin Charlotte

We booked a hotel block as an option for guests but if you prefer to stay elsewhere, feel free! The Westin is in Uptown, Charlotte which is approximately 45 minutes away from the venue. By following these steps, you will receive the block group rate of $149/night (exclusive of taxes and parking). If you would like to stay at a hotel closer to the venue, this is the closest option available (approx. 25 minutes away). Shuttle

A shuttle will be be available from The Westin to the venue (departing the hotel at 4pm) as well as from the venue back to the Westin at the end of the night (departing the venue at 10:15pm). For guests that are planning on drinking, feel free to use the shuttle provided (noted there will be 100 seats available). However, if you are not planning on drinking and are willing/able to drive yourself, please feel free! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Please note that this shuttle will be going to and from the Westin in Uptown. If you are planning on staying at the Hampton Inn in Concord or any other option, please feel free to drive yourself or use rideshare transportation options.
