Welcome to Stockholm! We can't wait to share this city we love so much with you. We suggest flying directly into Stockholm Arlanda Airport. From the airport, you have two options. You can take a taxi or an Uber/Lyft/Bolt, which will cost around 600-800 SEK ($60-$80) and take around 30-40 minutes. You can also take the Arlanda Express Train from the airport to the city which will cost 340 SEK ($34) per adult ticket and takes 18 minutes to the central city. From there, you can take the underground, Uber/Lyft/Bolt, or walk to your hotel. The underground trains here are easy to navigate and they are the most cost effective. There is also a ride service called Bolt which tends to be more cost effective as well. Below, we've outlined some of our favorite hotels for a lovely stay and AirBnB is also a great option for those looking for something more cost effective. We suggest staying in Östermalm and centrally downtown for easy access to the wedding day.

The bride and groom will stay at Hotel Diplomat. This is the closest hotel to our wedding day venue. Currently, the hotel has an online offer with a 15% discount for bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights, or a 20% discount for bookings with a minimum stay of 5 nights. We also have a code WEDDING2025 which is active and provides a 15% discount. This can not be used in addition to the above, but can be used for shorter stays. The code WEDDING2025 applies to accommodation and breakfast rates, with the 15% discount applied to these rates. If you have questions, their reservations team is super accomodating and responsive via email at reservations.sto@diplomathotel.com.
