Yes. We understand many of our family and friends will be traveling a long way to help us celebrate. We do ask that any kids attending our ceremony understand how special our day is to us and our families.
If your invitation says "plus one" or " you and guest" then absolutely otherwise we ask that it is just you. Our head count has been submitted to the venue well in advance so to avoid any complications we must stick to that number of guests. Thank you for understanding !
Cocktail/Dressy casual. We want everyone to be comfortable and beautiful in all of the pictures/ memories from this day. Tie optional.
Typically around this time of year we can expect highs to be in the low 80's and lows at night to be in the 40's to 50's. So dress for beautiful summer weather, but bring a jacket for the trip home.
Our ceremony will be completely outdoors so don't forget your sunglasses! The receptions and remainder of events will take place indoors.
The ceremony will start at 330pm so we are asking our guests to arrive by no later than 3pm. This way everyone can say hello to each other and still be seated on time.
Food and drinks will be available at the reception immediately after the ceremony. The bar will be open for both cash and electronic payment. Tea, coffee, and lots of water will be available as well. If there are any food allergies please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate these.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Becomingabower so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We will have a professional photographer present for the whole day so we do ask that you allow her to capture the day.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
