Question
What time will the shuttle pick us up?
Answer
For guests that are taking advantage of our hotel block and open bar, a shuttle will begin picking guests up at the Courtyard by Marriott (see “Hotel” tab) at 2:30 with the last shuttle being at 3:30 to ensure a drop off time of 3:45. The shuttle will be back at the venue between 8-11:30 during the reception to take guests to the hotel at their own leisure.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

While we love seeing your kiddos, we are only allowing immediate family to bring their little ones.

What should I wear?
Answer
We are having a semi-formal dress code. Think what you would wear to church on Easter Sunday. No jeans or shorts, please! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or off-white.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony- Outdoors in grassy area, a short walk from parking lot Cocktail Hour- Outdoors at Patio Reception-Indoors *Subject to change due to weather*

What time should I arrive?

Guests can start arriving at the venue around 3. We ask that everyone gets there and finds their seats by 3:45 to ensure a prompt start time of 4.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
It will be an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that ringers be turned off and phones be put away through the duration of the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer who will share the photos once all are edited to perfection!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception. Please drink responsibly and take advantage of the shuttle going back to the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately not. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible. We are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends.
