When can I expect a formal invitation and more details?

Answer

Formal invitations have been mailed and hotel blocks are now available to be booked via the Travel tab.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are asking that our guests wear formal all-black attire!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Venue doors open at 5pm sharp. No entry will be allowed until cocktail hour for those who do not arrive by 5:25pm.

The Bride & Groom are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. What does that mean?

Answer

UNPLUGGED means no phones, pictures, video, or recording during the ceremony. We know it's hard, but please respect our request as we are requesting the private presence of those in the room during our union. We've hired amazing photographer & videographers who will capture our ceremony moments! We trust them, and you should too!

I’m flying in from out of town. What’s the best airport?

Answer

Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is 35 minutes away from the venue. Boston Logan airport is an hour from the venue.

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests outside of those that will be listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the kids, but unfortunately our wedding day is kid-free! But, kids are welcome at the Friday pre meet & greet event!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony & Reception will both take place at the same location. There is ample free parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While there is no offered transportation to the venue, there is free parking for those with a vehicle and ride share options are available (Uber, Lyft). All travel from one location to the next should be approximately 10 minutes.

Can I wear white, ivory, or any shade close to?

Answer

Absolutely not :) All guests are being asked to wear all-black.

How do I handle changes to my initial RSVP selection?

Answer

Please try to make any necessary changes via your RSVP link. If unable, please reach out to the bride/groom.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

On the wedding day, there will be open bar for all soft drinks. All alcoholic purchases over the course of the weekend are not covered. Please note, the venue requires an ID for all alcohol purchases.

Smoking/Drinking Venue Policy

Answer

Alcoholic beverages MAY NOT be brought onto or removed from the premises and smoking is not allowed. A form of ID is required to purchase alcohol, no acceptions. Shots are not served. All alcoholic service may be suspended if the venue has an opinion that guests are over-consuming, obtaining liquor from another source other than the venue, and/or in possession of illegal substances.
