Ceremony Parking

See map above. Oktoberfest will be occurring directly outside of the church. Please be mindful of this if planning to attend the ceremony. Parking in church lot will be limited. Allot extra time to find parking and carpool. Reference map for additional lots if church lot becomes full.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service

October 15, 2022 4:45 pm - 11:45 pm

There will be two shuttles available starting at 4:45pm to transport guests from the hotel to the reception. They will continue to make trips until all guests wishing to utilize the shuttle have arrived. Shuttles will be on standby at the reception to take guests back to the hotel as needed.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elkhorn

Hotel Block is under Greany Doherty (calling) or Group Code 'GDW' (online). On website, once the date is entered using the search, 'GDW' can be entered under 'group code.' Wedding block rate is $139. There are single king and double queen room options.

Reception Parking

There is a large parking lot at Elegant Acres if guests prefer to drive themselves to the reception. There are no parking concerns for the reception.
