To make reservation’s over the phone you can call: 1(800)774-1500, and mention GREANEY/LESAGE To make reservations online, please go to the hotel’s website: www.doubletreebristol.com and use the group code “GLW” under the special rates tab. Both the date and the code must be entered. The cut-off date for the group rate is OCTOBER 29, 2024.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Transportation will be provided from the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Although we adore your children, our ceremony and reception is adults only.
