What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the ceremony to park, make the 2 minute walk through the venue to the hidden garden and select your bench seat. Late arrivals are requested to take a seat in the back after the bride has made her entrance.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue offers complimentary parking, including designated accessible parking spaces. We recommend carpooling to maximize convenience and reduce transportation costs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite family and friends to join us in dressing up for our special day. The dress code is semi-formal, with cocktail dresses, dress shirts and ties, or light suits being perfect choices. For those who'd like to complement our wedding palette, we've chosen a beautiful combination of dusty blue with orange accents. Given that our ceremony will be nestled in a hidden garden surrounded by trees and lush foliage, we recommend selecting attire and footwear that will be comfortable and appropriate for this natural setting.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children at the wedding. We will only be making an exception for our nieces and nephews.

Is alcohol served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing beer, wine, and two signature cocktails at the bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks for the evening. There will be non-alcoholic drinks and water available as well.

What are we eating?

Answer

We're serving a delightful southern-style BBQ featuring succulent pulled pork and smoky chicken as our main dishes, with hearty portobello mushrooms available for our vegetarian guests. Dinner will be buffet style following cocktail hour, during which we will have seasonal fruits and cheese and crackers to snack on.

Can I take pictures?

We will have a photographer for the ceremony portion of the evening, so please sit back and enjoy the moment as we join our lives together. Once the cocktail hour hits, please feel free to snap away! We will have a link where you can share your photos with the bride and groom.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by April 1, it will be marked as ‘No.’ We will miss celebrating with you, but we have to provide a total guest count to our venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.
