We met on Valentines Day on an app called Wink it was love at first swipe. Later that night we had our first phone call. We talked about our trauma and had some good laughs, we ended up staying up all night just talking and learning about one another. This went on for a couple more days and then on February 16 we went to the Bob Marley movie and we talked through the entire movie learning more about each other we ended up watching the movie together 2-3 months later 🌹

When Meila spent the first night with me it was interesting she refused to take her shoes off and mind y’all we already talked about our trauma the previous night and I was getting kinda skeptical because who sleeps with boots on like and these were like hunting type boots too and she was scared to go to the bathroom with me around so I had to walk around the entire building and record everything so she won’t think I’m just outside and all of this just so she can use the bathroom I thought it was all kind of adorable then we went to the coffee shop after that and as we were eating at the coffee shop ask them out I have never been so sure of anything in my entire life and I’ve never been able to tell anyone my feelings or anything that happened in my past or in my head but whenever I hug them it’s like a calm wave that overcomes my body soul and mind I instantly feel relieved of any overwhelming feeling or emotion or thoughts and safeness and I knew that I needed that calmness in my life for the rest of life but after all of that they became my girlfriend on February 17th of 2024 and it was the best weekend of my life then she went home (the worst day ever by the way). Spring break was when I officially met the family. Mrs.Linda (Ma) was the first one to notice me and she said it was because of my laugh and that kinda made me smile at that moment. I ended up dropping out of college and I moved in. Around September 2024 is when things got pushed back it was a whole tropical storm that cut us all off from the world which was great for us because we had dates, arguments but most of all we had cuddles and we evolved. Everything went back to semi-normal. Thanksgiving with the family was very exciting and they all liked the turkey I made 😊. Christmas was a very interesting day but the most chillest Christmas I have ever had we had gotten our first car which was very exciting because we were able to start working on our own. Feb 5 2025 was the day that we lost Ma and she was and still is a very important person in our relationship she was the storyteller of the family she taught me how to do a lot of things Ma was a great conversationalist a great mother in law and the bestest friend I will forever miss her for the next two months the fun roller coaster stopped it was funeral after funeral in the first 3-5 months of 2025 then Mar of 2025 we totaled the car and we couldn’t get to and from work or do anything so we moved out into the camper to try to get fresh breath of air and that had a lot of clarity to both of us about our relationship and that’s when we decided to try to get our life together and get an apartment and that what we did. It was a struggle, but we made it into our own apartment by September 2025. Which was the best thing that we could’ve ever done and now I am living my best life with my new wife and I couldn’t have asked for anything less🌹.


The first night was beautiful and eye opening. They showed me around their room and afterwards we went into the lobby, got some popcorn then stayed up all night talking again. Looking into their eyes made me feel so safe and special, like my life had just begun. I never wanted to leave. We ended up falling asleep in each others arms (with my shoes still on). The best sleep I had ever had. The couch is probably part of that. :) The next morning they took me to this little café and introduced me to a spinach pastry, which I had never had. Then we went outside, They grabbed my hand and asked me to be their girlfriend and of course I said yes I had never felt this type of compassion and butterflies with someone so quickly and I knew that it would be forever.🌹A little bit after that they had came over during spring break and instantly became part of the family. Before they had even met anyone my mom said she knew Grayson was there because of their laugh. She recognized them because of their laugh which I thought was like really cute, my mom said that Grayson‘s laugh would make her happy because it was so unique and happy. Soon after Grayson had dropped out of college and fully moved in with me and my family. We started working together soon after everything went down hill a little we got trapped because of a tropical storm which did cause arguments from constantly only being with each other but from that also came happiness, little dates, love, and just more time learning about each others needs, and wants for our future. In December we had got our car, we started working almost everyday to save and start our lives. I don’t remember thanksgiving all too well but Christmas was amazing . My first Christmas with the love of my life and it made me so happy when my parents ask what Grayson would want, it made me so happy that my family saw my love as one of their own. In February 2025 my Mother had passed away then in march I had lost my brother Bruce which was extremely devastating. They didn’t know Bruce all too well but mama was a different story, she was the first to accept Grayson, she would call for Grayson just to sit and talk with her for hours learning about one another She kept the peace and would also help us out in anyway she could. A little later we got into a crash which set us back again. We then moved in the RV to get a fresh start to figure out our life and what was next. We became closer and basically planned our life, from getting an apartment to what our 4 kids names would be. In September of 2025 we finally did it, we got our home which is amazing because all our plans and talk abouts have became our reality. In October 2025 we finally got MARRIED 😊😘🙀 🌹!!!! We’re having our first family Christmas just us and their will be so many more to come. Now I’m just living with my hubby wife, our dog & 2 cats. I couldn’t be more happy to be with the person who has the same dreams and aspiration as I do. To have someone who loves me as much as I love them. I can’t for all of you to be at our wedding to see and share the love that we have for one another. 😊🌹
