Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Guests are welcome to arrive at 3:30pm please arrive by 3:50pm to secure your seat for the ceremony!

What should the guests wear?

Answer

We want our guests to be as comfortable as they can be! Please wear whatever you feel is appropriate for the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the extensive guest list we already have we are keeping the plus one’s to a minimum. Few guests will be receiving a plus one and that will appear as an option for those who will receive the plus one option when they RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely! However, for a safety precaution, we do ask no children under the age of 3 attend due to the river that runs through the venue. We will have so many activities set up so your little ones can join in on the fun!

How do you get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is located behind the Deaver residence off of Rio Vista. The address that will appear in the invitation will take you to that residence where you will then follow the many signs we will have up to reach the venue. We understand the venue may be tricky to find but we will try and make it as easy as we can.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer, wine, two signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages all on us! However, if you have a drink preference you are welcome to bring a case of whatever you like.

What activities will there be during the event?

Answer

We plan to have a few activities set up after dinner. We will have a beer pong table, corn hole, s’mores station and more! We also have our amazing friend DJ Bravo who will be keeping the party alive on the dance floor with karaoke!
