FAQs

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We ask that guests follow a Semi Formal dress code! We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Ladies can wear tea-length, knee-length, or midi dresses (if you're feeling a floor length dress, go for it!). Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. You may arrive as early as 4:00 pm and we ask you arrive no later than 4:20 pm. If you are staying at our hotels, transportation will be leaving at 3:45 pm.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 9th, 2026!

Question

Is there a hotel block? / Are there hotels in the area?

Answer

Yes! Our hotel block is for two nights at both the Courtyard by Marriott and the DoubleTree by Hilton in Concord. We will have transportation at both hotels. Please see the Travel tab for links to book through our room blocks and for other hotels in the area.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not have phones out during the ceremony. We have wonderful photographers and videographers that will be capturing this special moment and don't want to have phones visible in our professional wedding images. Once cocktail hour begins, we strongly encourage all of our guests to take as many photos and videos of the evening as they'd like!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve carefully planned our guest list around our venue capacity and budget, so we unfortunately can’t accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on invitations. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends!

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (don't worry ladies you won't be standing on grass!) with an indoor option in case weather changes. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors on the covered deck. The reception will be indoors!

Question

I have questions! Who should I ask?

Answer

Literally anyone but the bride.
