While we'd love to celebrate with everyone in person, we do ask that if you aren’t vaccinated for COVID-19 that we celebrate together at a later date. We also ask that everyone do a rapid test prior to the event.

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with all that we hold near and dear, we ask that if you are not vaccinated for COVID-19 that we celebrate together at a later date.

Question

What if I am not vaccinated for COVID-19?

Answer

Question

Where should I fly in?

Answer

SeaTac Airport

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

That is up to you! If you are staying in downtown Seattle, you can take the light rail into the heart of downtown from the airport. If you are coming out to Woodinville you'll either want to rent a car or take a Lyft from the airport. Public transportation options in Woodinville are limited.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage our guests who plan to enjoy our open bar to secure safe transportation to and from the venue. We recommend Lyft or Uber. Please see our "travel" page for recommendations of local accommodations to reduce your commute.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking onsite.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check our travel page for lodging recommendations. We attempted to link to hotels that cover a range of preferences. Please do not feel obligated to stay at a place we recommend, the Seattle area is large!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Let's be real - we've all been in our PJ's on the couch for the last two years! Dust off those fancy clothes - we look forward to seeing you dressed to impress!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet of various options including vegetarian, gluten free, vegan and lactose free. Because of the nature of a buffet we're unable to accommodate specific requests, but please know that we're keeping a diversity of needs in mind. If you have any specific concern please feel free to reach out to us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've done our very best to accommodate those that we hold near and dear on our guest list, if we're able to accommodate a date it will be indicated on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Similar to the above, we've done our very best to accommodate those that we love. We do ask that unless your children are in the wedding party that you make this a parents night out. Nursing mothers and newborns are an exception, we will have an allocated area for as a "mothers room" as well.
