Covid-19. What's the situation?

For the health and safety of our guests and vendors we have made the decision to postpone our wedding and tie the knot on October 16, 2020 instead of in May.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP on our website at any time but please RSVP no later than September 26, 2020.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that infants and small children not attend and stay in the care of a trusted loved one so that you can be fully present with us on our special day.

What type of beverages will you be serving?

Answer

We will be serving a range of beverages. From wine (white and red) and beer (craft and domestic) to sodas and water. Signature cocktails will be served during cocktail hour.

Is there parking on at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a paved lot. If possible, please carpool because there will be a limited number of spaces.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Chairs will be set up in a grassy area for the ceremony and tables and lounge style seating will be set up on a stone patio. The reception will be held indoors in an air conditioned space.

Do you have a rain plan?

Answer

Yes! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be modified to work inside the reception space.

Will vegetarian options be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Vegetarian options will be made available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To help us start on time, please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, which is set for 5:00pm EST.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

There will be a Plus 1 option on your formal invitation where you can include your date in your RSVP and provide their name.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is a local Farmers Market that happens every Saturday on Market Square that runs from 8am-2pm. Other than this, no.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Knoxville has a vast Lyft and Uber network. There will also be parking at the venue if you'd like to drive yourself or carpool with a group.
