Our story began in 2010 when we met at Owensboro Symphony Youth Orchestra. We spent years in overlapping circles of friends, playing in rock bands and other ensembles together. In 2023, our romantic spark was ignited for the first time when we set up a date in Chicago because, “why not?” It was on that first date that we both “knew” - we had found someone and something very special. Together, we bought an engagement ring just two months later. Nick proposed on an airplane on September 25, 2023, commemorating the (short lived) distance between us as well as our ongoing love of air travel. We know we have found true love and are so excited to celebrate our lifelong commitment to each other with our family and loved ones.
