Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! As long as you confirm on your RSVP that your child is coming, they are welcome. There will be a kids table with children’s activities at the reception. Please note that after 9pm, the reception music will take on more of an adult atmosphere. We kindly ask that if your child becomes vocal or disruptive during the ceremony or formal dances, you take them away for a moment or step outside to calm them down. If you prefer, you can also move your child to a quieter area or have them taken outside for a bit. We appreciate your understanding and help in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have a limited guest list and are unable to accommodate plus-ones.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

This is not a typical venue and space is limited. To ensure we have enough space for everyone, we kindly request that you RSVP no later than 10/1/25. If we don't receive your RSVP, we'll have to assume you won't be attending.

We will have an open bar with limited options including mixed drinks. You may BYOB for reception.

Semi-Formal attire. Suits and dresses are perfect – dress to impress but feel comfortable.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony to ensure a more intimate and focused experience. Please put away your phones and cameras, and join us in celebrating this moment. During the reception- you are welcome to take photos and we will have a QR code for you to share any photos you take!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive early to be seated by 4:00pm.

What meal will be provided at the wedding?

Answer

Street tacos will be served. There will be pizza provided for children.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held at the Red Barn in Newcastle. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside with reception inside. We will have a sign and a balloons at the end of the road leading to barn.
