Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided between the Newfound Lake Inn and the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in the directly across from the wedding venue. There will be a sign to point you in the right direction. Please do NOT park along Mayhew Turnpike/3A.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at The Newfound Lake Inn. See the travel page for other recommendations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/garden party attire. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass and sand, so choose your footwear accordingly.

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only and appreciate your understanding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting welcome drinks at Betsy and Becca's house on Friday, August 22 at 7:30 pm. Light appetizers will be provided. We will also be hosting a casual brunch on Sunday, August 24 at 9:00 am at Kate's parents' home. See events page for more details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating opens at 3:30 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

Is there parking available for welcome drinks?

Answer

Yes, parking is available in the field across from Basic Ingredients Bakery on Mayhew Turnpike/3A. Please do not park on Mayhew Turnpike, Pikes Point Road or at the house itself.
