Where will the wedding events taking place?

Answer

Everything is on site at the Wylder Windham! Weather permitting, we'll be hosting various events outdoors, including the welcome dinner, ceremony and cocktail hour.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier, the better! To ensure we can make all the necessary arrangements, we kindly request your response via the RSVP link.

I'm attending the welcome dinner, what can I expect?

Answer

We're thrilled to spend a little extra time with those who can make it to the welcome dinner. The atmosphere will be casual and inclusive—everyone is welcome to kick off the celebrations together. Dinner and drinks will start at 7:00pm. We only ask that you RSVP in advanced so we can best prepare the venue. Don't wear anything fancy or white! We're having what Nick wanted to do for the wedding, a BBQ ;) it will be hot outside, think cowboy chic — Sun dresses, linen, short sleeve button down, etc.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Jackie is thrilled you asked! We invite you to dress to impress at our ceremony—please wear formal attire in any color of your choice, with the exception of white. For Women: We recommend mid to floor-length dresses to complement the elegance of the occasion. For Men: Suits and ties are the perfect choice for a polished look. Just not a white suite ;) Feel free to let loose on the dance floor—ties can be shed as we celebrate the joyous moments ahead. We can't wait to see your stylish contributions to our special day!

Can I bring a date?

We won't be able to accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invitation, but we're looking forward to celebrating with you!

While we adore your little ones, please use our wedding as a night off from them!

What time is check-in?

Answer

Check in starts at 3pm and check out is at 11am. If you need an earlier check in or a later check out, please contact the hotel to see if they can accommodate.

Yes, there is plenty of free on site parking!

Is the hotel dog friendly?

It sure is! There's even a dog run on site to let them off leash play. Roxy would love to have your furry friends at her parent's wedding weekend.

Yes, we will move the party downstairs! Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Where can I get a quick bite to eat or coffee?

Answer
