Hotel
A 21+ only property in the downtown area about half a mile from the venue. It has a 65 foot long bar and "Stadium Swim" which is a massive pool with a screen the size of a concert jumbotron to watch games. Great property for sports betting enthusiasts. Not walkable to the strip.

The Golden Nugget is a classic downtown property with recently renovated rooms and a pool with a waterslide that goes through a shark tank. They usually have good deals online! The D is owned by the same company as Circa, but is more affordable and hotel rooms at The D come with two guest passes to Circa's Stadium Swim pool. Both properties are less than half a mile from the venue and walking distance to The Freemont Street Experience and the downtown local bar scene. Neither are walkable to the major casinos on the strip.
Travel Note
Ballys is an affordable classic Vegas hotel that was renovated a little under 10 years ago (not that long for casino world). It has big rooms because it’s an old property and is super centrally located for fun on the strip. The Venetian / Palazzo properties are a bit further up on the north side near The Fashion Show Mall. Not as walkable, but every room is a mini suite so there's lots of space if you're looking to bunk up. There's heated pools, good deals online, and a canal à la Venice running through the interior shopping space if you're looking to be serenaded.
Travel Note
The Wynn and Encore are gorgeous properties for a luxury experience. They have great restaurants, high end shopping, and a fantastic nightclub called XS. It's as far north as you can get and still feel like you're connected to the strip, but it's not particularly walkable to most of the other hotel/casinos. The Cosmopolitan is a fun/hip hotel located in the heart of the strip with great walkability to all of the attractions. It has 3 unique speakeasy bars (The Ski Lodge, Ghost Donkey, and Barbershop) and a rooftop pool that's small but has a great view. Perfect if you want to go all in on the Vegas hospitality experience.
Travel Note
The Bellagio is in the heart of the strip, known for its iconic water show and seasonally-changing botanical garden in the lobby—both great for photos. It hasn't been renovated in a while, so the rooms don't always match the price point. Caesars is exactly what you'd expect from the theme; it has a lot of different pools to choose from. The MGM has a lazy river pool, what's not to love. The Paris has a newly renovated casino space and we recommend Mon Ami Gabi, their restaurant with a patio right across from The Bellagio fountain—great view, great people watching. The above properties often have deals online and all of them have walkability to a variety of strip attractions. All on the older side but still in good shape.
