We're getting married!

It all began in the 9th grade. We've known each other all through school, but we seemed to hit it off that day in Spanish class. Later that week, I went to a baseball game, met Grant there, and one of his friends asked "Are ya'll dating?". He looked at me and said "Sure! Do you want to?". That is the fabulous story of how the Grant and Sara adventure began. Six years together, and it has been the greatest adventure of my life.

Grant and I love the city of Natchez, MS. We usually try to go at least once a month. It is our place. Well one week before our 6 year anniversary, Grant took me, and our fabulous friends Josh and Lacey Walker, to Natchez for a night. We ate, we walked the river, took picture, and had the usual adventure that Natchez has to offer. We went to the big, white gazebo along the Mississippi River, and Grant looked at me and said "Let's take a silly picture?" So we took one, and I wanted another one so I turned around to fuss at him (because he wasn't doing the pose I wanted) and there was my sweet Grant, down on one knee shaking. "Will you marry me?" he said. I was so shocked I didn't speak. Lacey then chimed in and said "Sara say something!" And of course I said yes to this sweet man, and I cannot wait to say I do!
