What is the weather like in Barcelona in August?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is formal attire. We suggest suit and tie for men and long evening dresses or formal cocktail dresses for women. Please be aware there are a lot of grassy areas at the venue so we do not recommend to wear stilettos.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail and reception will be outdoors (hoping it won't rain) It's recommended to bring a light jacket or a shawl (for women) in case it gets chilly later in the evening.

When should we book our flights and accommodation?

Answer

ASAP! August is one of the busiest months in Europe and Barcelona gets very busy that time of the year. We strongly recommend booking both flights and hotels soon.

Are there any other wedding events on the weekend?

Answer

Spanish weddings are a full day affair, so there are no other events that weekend. Enjoy your weekend in Barcelona!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we are providing buses from two separate locations in central Barcelona to the venue. They will be departing the venue at the end of the night at 2 and 4 AM. More info can be found on the wedding/servei bus tab.
