Douglas Family Preserve
Michael Douglas donated this lovely and easy nature trail, we love walking along it with Maisie and seeing the beach below with stunning ocean views. Completely flat and accessible

Wide open coastal bluffs with natural sprawling trails, another spot we like to take Maisie, lots of tall grass, birds of prey, and beautiful views of the beach. You will usually have the place to yourself!
Botanic Garden
Gorgeous botanical garden featuring a wide variety of rare and unique plant life with beautiful views of Santa Barbara
Rocky Nook Park
Another lovely park trail we take Maisie too for a nice leisurely stroll with a cute playground too.
Stearn's Wharf
Santa Barbara's famous pier home to a lot of shops, Grant loves the pricey but delicious lobster roll at the end of the pier
Hendrys Beach
Scenic beach with an oceanfront restaurant, dog friendly and usually bustling with people. The Boathouse at Hendry's Beach offers delicious brunch/lunch and great cocktails
Cold Spring Trail
If you're an avid hiker, this is Monica's favorite trail when she lived in Montecito. A single track challenging hike with unbelievable views and gorgeous nature around you.
