Question

When should I RSVP by? How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 10 so that we can ensure that we get our final numbers to our vendors with plenty of time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP past this date. When you receive your invitation, out of convenience please disregard the printed RSVP card and instead utilize this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjy29Q4zd9AG14FxJxVnrdqrtkY5vEwQk5J7fPO2mDyb-FwQ/viewform?usp=pp_url

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5, so we ask that you arrive no later than 4:30 to ensure plenty of time to get settled in.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not an official dress code, we want our guests to wear whatever they are comfortable in. Please refrain from wearing white, black, and/or red as those are the colors that will be worn by the wedding party and family.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation. We want to make our wedding as intimate as possible! Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly as July in Missouri can get very hot! Additionally, please keep in mind that the ceremony space is primarily grass.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning no phones or cameras will be permitted during this time. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture this moment and we will share the photos as soon as possible. After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you would like! We can't wait to see the day from your perspective while also allowing you to be fully present!

Question

Will there be alcohol and what should I do about driving?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing an open bar for guests to utilize during the cocktail hour and reception. However, we absolutely do not want anyone drinking and driving. We would recommend that you use ride share apps or have a designated driver ahead of time.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know! We want everyone to be able to enjoy dinner and dessert. Madison is gluten and dairy-free, so there will be options accommodating these restrictions but if there are any others, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking at the venue that will accommodate all guests.
