The venue is located about 15 minutes from the Kansas City airport. There is ample parking for guests, or you can choose to Uber. For guests who have chosen to take part in our room block, a complimentary shuttle will take guests to and from the venue. You can leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 12pm the next day. We want everyone to have a fun and safe time, so please plan accordingly!
We are requesting cocktail attire for our guests. Take this as an opportunity to get dressed up and celebrate! For men, this would be a suit or a button up shirt and dress pants. For women, this would be a knee-length or midi dress. A dressy pantsuit or jumpsuit would also be appropriate. Please, no jeans.
We are planning on having the ceremony outside, pending weather. We are keeping a close eye on the forecast and will decide the morning of if we need to move the ceremony inside. Please check back here for a final decision on Saturday morning!
We kindly ask that you keep phones away and be fully present with us as we exchange vows. We’ve hired an amazing photographer and trust her wholeheartedly to capture this meaningful moment for us. Once cocktail hour has started, we'd love for you to take all the pictures and videos to remember the day by!

The sooner the better! We ask that all RSVPs are completed by March 6, 2026, so that we can make this the best experience for everyone. If we don't hear from you by this date, we will assume you cannot make it, and you will be missed!
