When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs have to be received by July 16, 2025, but earlier is always better!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are registered here on Zola and on Amazon. All links and products are listed on the Registry page on this site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code we just ask that you do not wear shorts, jeans, or t-shirts. We understand it is an outdoor wedding in the middle of August, but please no shorts, jeans, or t-shirts.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please see your RSVP to see if you can bring a plus one. We will be unable to feed and seat people if they show up and are not listed on the RSVP list. Please reach out if you have questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids over the age of 5 are welcome! We are asking that children under the age of 5 not come to the ceremony, however, they are welcome at the reception. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You will be allowed down to the ceremony area 30 prior to the start of the event. You will not be allowed down any sooner.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please list any allergies when prompted on your RSVP. If you forgot or just want to make sure it was received please do not hesitate to reach out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have recommendations, be we do have negotiated prices listed on our Travel tab on this site!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. Please let us know when you are prompted on your RSVP if you will require handicap parking.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The Panhandle of Pensacola and Alabama will be hot with the high being around 95 and the lows in the mid 70s. Humidity and afternoon showers are a factor in the middle of August. Oh and hurricanes are also possible, but we are praying for the best!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with games and activities to do between the ceremony and reception, and the reception will be indoors. There will be indoor access between the ceremony and reception.
