Where do I park?

Answer

There will be free and ample parking right in front of the venue

How do I find the ceremony/ reception room?

Answer

Please follow the signs leading to the ceremony/ reception room. There will be signs posted from the parking lot all the way to the elevator. You will then take the elevator up to the second floor.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress semi formal. Bonus points if you dress in our wedding colors, which are green, black, and gold

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that the first 2 rows be reserved for immediate family. Other than that seating will be open and you may sit wherever you’d like.

What’s on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be served following the ceremony at around 3:00 pm. We have barbecue from a local restaurant in Tigard being catered. Pulled pork, brisket, chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, corn on the cob are all on the menu. There will be beer, cider, seltzer’s, and wine for those who would like. Also tea, lemonade, and ice water. For dessert we have cupcakes and cake pops. Bring your appetite!

Can I have my phone out during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Having cellphones out can be distracting and can take away from quality photos being taken of the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will the reception last?

Answer

We have the venue booked until 10:30 However, music and dancing will stop at around 10:00 to give us time to clean up the venue space. Alcohol will stop being served at 10:00 PM.

Will there be a seating chart for the reception?

Answer

No, feel free to sit wherever you’d like.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes! We are looking forward to seeing everyone, which includes your kids! Feel free to bring your little ones. However, please note during the reception there will be loud music playing, which may include a few explicit songs. For the most part we will try to keep the music clean.
