Matron of Honor
Madison and Kelsey met at a Lake Hamilton baseball game, their sophomore year of High School and have been inseparable ever since. They decided they could stand each other enough to be 2 of only 4 people in their graduating class to attend the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. As Freshman roommates, Kelsey and Madison had their share of late nights, dining hall dinners and blue tape fights. When they weren't rotting on the couch watching food network, they were decorating their apartment for any holiday with the least amount of money possible. 14 years later, Kelsey and Madison still carry on their scatterbrained conversations on a minimum of 3 platforms a day, every single day. With the addition of Lauren Todaro, these 3 crazies are attached at the hip.
Bridesmaid
While Kelsey and Cassi were not very close in high school, Cassi's husband, Austin, made sure that Kelsey passed pre calculus and trigonometry and thus a beautiful friendship was born. When Cassi decided to attend the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith, Kelsey immediately forced a friendship that Cassi couldn't get away from. In 2016, they leveled up their friendship and became roommates. Even though Cassi didn't allow peppers or onions to be cooked in the kitchen, she did agree on the official Christmas tree decoration day; November 1. Ever since, no matter the distance, no life moment could pass without a facetime call and screams both ways. Thanks to Parker (also known as Sharky Parky,) Kelsey now gets to love on yet another mini-me, Cassi edition.
Bridesmaid
Sarah was Kelsey's first friend when she moved to Hot Springs and nothing has changed since that day. There was not a weekend spent in high school where one was without the other either at sleepovers or just tagging along to family events. While Sarah kept Kelsey calm and collected, Kelsey made Sarah skip school by locking her in her car and driving away. Through every Starbucks study session or random side quest, these two never stop laughing, even if something isn't very funny. When Sarah met Sam, she was perfectly completed and then Layla came along, giving everyone more to love than thought possible. (Let's just hope Layla keeps Sarah's good looks and taste in football teams)
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and Marissa met at church where Marissa was leading a small group, when Kelsey volunteered to host. While the group was small, it started to dwindle fairly quickly as life got in the way, usually leaving Kelsey and Marissa to fend for themselves. This ended up being the best case scenario because Kelsey and Marissa quickly bonded over their passion for elaborate Halloween costumes and tattoos. When Marissa moved away during COVID to save lives as a traveling nurse, they stayed close, talking often and sharing all the secrets. When Marissa met Ricardo and decided on a Vegas style nuptial, Kelsey knew she would do whatever it would take to stand by her side and she made it happen. While they are not a 15 minute drive apart anymore, it will take more than a state line to break up these little ghouls.
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and Lyndsey's first meeting was unlike her other close friendships. When Kelsey was a teaching intern, she was sent to observe teachers at another school and Lyndsey so happened to be one of them. A year later, Kelsey would receive a job offer from that very school, thus pushing Kelsey and Lyndsey onto the same team. Lyndsey is one of the most intelligent woman in her field and Kelsey quickly clung to her as an unofficial mentor. That relationship quickly grew into a close friendship (some would say like mother and MUCH younger daughter.) 6 years, 2 vacations, and countless movie nights later, their friendship is stronger than ever, even though their age difference is SO massive.
Mayhem Manager
Lauren is Kelsey's Type A partner-in-crime and the calm in the wedding chaos. While their friendship story is unlike others (in that Kelsey was friends with her sister first,) you wouldn't know it by the way they act. The two share the same offbeat humor, an unshakable bond, and have almost come to blows over the smallest details (If you know, you know). Kelsey couldn’t imagine this day, or her life, without her keeping the mayhem in check. Whether its seating charts, school time rants or outside walks to waste the day away, there's no one Kelsey would rather have to keep her on track both in work and in life. Also, if y'all need any SHEIN recommendations, just ask Lauren!
Madness Monitor
Before becoming a teacher, Kelsey was an intern. During that time, Kelsey was placed with one of the most competent and knowledgeable women Kelsey had ever met. By the end of the internship, that mentor introduced Kelsey to the second most competent and knowledgeable woman Kelsey would come to know—her daughter, Jessica. Kelsey and Jessica have been classroom neighbors for five years, and whether they are switching classes to confuse students, sending kids between rooms with candy, or simply laughing in the halls, Kelsey knows Jessica is the one person who can always bring Kelsey down a notch when needed. Rocking life as a mom, teacher, wife, and woman of faith, Jessica remains one of Kelsey’s greatest inspirations, and someone Kelsey hopes to be like when Kelsey grows up.
Best Man
Sean was Grant's dads best friend all throughout high school and has been a major part of the family ever since Grant was a baby. Sean has been an incredible influence for Grant his entire life and Kelsey and Grant both are honored to share this day with Sean, especially since we know how much it would mean to some who can't be here on this day. Sean has a heart full of love and whether he's giving it to his family or his adopted four-legged kids, Sean never waivers in giving all of himself to those around him.
Groomsman
Grant and Luke met in 9th grade in Miss Treadway's economic class. After some in class shenanigans, Luke invited Grant to go duck hunting for the first time and the rest was history. They have remained great friend ever since, celebrating life's moments whether they lived in the same place or not. Luke is a certified girl dad with a little boy on the way and a passion for farming but nonetheless, he still makes time to be there for his friends.
Groomsman
Grant met Chance his freshman year at Arkansas State University. Chance was a junior organic chemistry major and served as a great role model for Grant (which is good because more time was spent at Chances house than the freshman dorms.) Grant and Chance shared a love for outdoor activities, such as kayaking in North eastern Arkansas. While it was sad to see Chance move all the way to Colorado, Kelsey and Grant are more than excited that he is willing to make the trip down to be apart of their big day!
Groomsman
Trey and Grant met while smashing skulls in 7th grade football at Ahlf Junior High. The two continued to play together and through many moves and changes, they still would go on to support one another, whether it be during a game or standing by each others side on their wedding days.
