Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The venue is very strict on deadlines. Please RSVP no later than June 1st. Unfortunately, we won't be able to easily accept any RSVP's past that date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Sedona Golf Resort no later than 5:15pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not allowing guests to bring plus ones unless a guest is indicated on the invite. This is subject to change. Please contact us in regards to bringing extra guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if your children will be joining you so we have enough food and activities for them!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be served buffet style with a preset menu. We tried our best to plan for any and all food allergies with our selections.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is more than enough parking and the ceremony and reception are conveniently in the same location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no official or enforced dress code, we do ask that all guests dress semi-formally. The ceremony will be outside around sunset and the reception will be held inside.
