Grant and I met through my brother Nick. They both were on the same crew together at Les. Nick and Grant started chatting and my name got brought up. Supposedly my name got brought up amongst the chatting and he gave Grant my number. However, if you ask Grant he to this day does not recall Nick giving him my number. My brother sent me a message saying he met a great guy at work today, and I should get to know him. My reaction was why would you give out my number to a complete stranger! The more I thought about it I was just nervous. On April 5th of 2020 we went on our first date. We had an amazing fun filled day in which included fishing and dog shopping as well! On our first date this guy decides to buy a dog. He had my heart at that very moment and I wouldn’t change it for the world! Fast forward four years later and Grant finally built up the courage to propose to me at one of the most beautiful place in the world Point Loma in California. I knew Grant was the right man for me from the start. I can be my silly self around him and our personalities clicked. He was generous, attractive, affectionate, and knowledgeable. I gained a best friend and a life long partner that I get to love and cherish every day.
