Like any great modern love story, ours started with an Instagram message. I was a sophomore at West Perry, and he was a senior…. Naturally, I ran straight to my mom to tell her everything. I even showed her his senior picture — you know, the one with the horse. I was immediately sold. (I may have left out a tiny detail… like the fact that he was 18 and I was only 15). What started as a random message quickly turned into… well, 11 years later and here we are. We basically grew up together — figuring out life, learning as we went, and somehow making it through all of it side by side. These days, you can find us at our little ranch house with our dogs, Oakley and Willow, where Grant has fully accepted his role of supporting my ever-growing flower obsession. And if we’re not home, we’re probably in the mountains on the side-by-side, doing what we love most. It’s been 11 years of memories, chaos, laughs, and a whole lot of life — and we wouldn’t trade a single second of it. Now, we can’t wait to start this next chapter as husband and wife.
