What's the dresscode?

Answer

We would love if our guests took this opportunity to dress up with us, so please wear Formal/Black Tie Optional attire. For those comfortable in dresses, please wear longer dresses (not a gown). For those who would like to opt for pants, please wear a suit (tux if you prefer) or a formal jumpsuit. Please no jeans, sneakers, or white dresses.

What's the bar situation?

Answer

For Cocktail Hour and the Reception, we will have an open bar! There will be mixed drinks options, wines, and beers/seltzers. Please keep this in mind when figuring out transportation! There will be a shuttle bringing guests back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy at the end of the night.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have decided to keep our special day intimate. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

What are the transportation options?

Answer

Ubers and Lyfts will be a great option for getting around! We also recommend coordinating with others to rent a car, as public transportation and walking are not possible (except in Denver). There will be a parking lot at the venue for those who choose to drive. There will also be a shuttle bringing guests back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy at the end of the reception.

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

Though we would love to see your children, we have opted for an adults-only wedding. Unless their name is on the invite, please prepare to have childcare arranged. We understand if that limits your ability to come!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's no myth that Colorado winters are snowy and cold! Although both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, guests will need to walk a short distance. Please keep that in mind when picking out attire and shoes!
