Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is a Black Tie + Formal Attire celebration. The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will be wearing emerald green, black and gold. Men: Please wear a suit or tuxedo, with optional tie or bow tie. Ladies: Please wear a formal floor length dress, jumpsuit, or a pantsuit. *Please do not wear the color white or emerald green, jeans, shorts, short dresses, athletic shoes, flip flops, or anything considered casual.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP for yourself and for your family through the "RSVP" tab on the wedding website. If you have immediate family members to RSVP for you can RSVP for them once you have inputted your name.

Plus Ones?

Answer

If your "Save the Date" or "Wedding Invitation" is addressed to you and a guest, you can bring a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes and no, as long as your "Save the Date" or "Wedding Invitation" is addressed to your family or your child's name is mentioned they are invited. If you have questions please let Grant or I know.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permits the ceremony will be outdoors (the venue is gorgeous). If weather does not permit, the ceremony will be moved into the chapel on the property. The chapel is located right beside the building where the reception will take place. The reception and the rest of the wedding will be inside, with the option of being outside as well.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from using any technology (phones, ipads, tablets, cameras, etc.) for the duration of the ceremony, unless it is an emergency. Otherwise, you will be asked to leave the ceremony.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have a dietary concern, please let me or Grant know when you RSVP for the wedding. If we are not provided with enough notice it will be out of our control.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue when you are pulling in. If you choose to Uber/Lyft to the wedding from where you're staying, the driver can drop you off and pick you up in the same parking lot.

I am coming from out of town - Where should I stay?

Answer

We have provided you with a list of every hotel surrounding the venue, under the "Travel" Tab on the wedding website.

Will transportation be provided between the reception and hotel?

Answer

As of now, no, if this changes we will update this page.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

This answer is subject to change: The reception will end just before 11:00 PM. The DJ will announce that we are about to have the send off for Grant & I, which will allow everyone time to grab their belongings and head outside for the send off and goodbyes.

Is there something to do around the hotel before the wedding?

Answer

We have listed a few activities and restaurant options under the "Things To Do" tab on the wedding website. These are great options for people arriving the day before the wedding on Friday, February 26th or for those wanting to do something during the day before the wedding on Saturday, February 27th.

Will we see you on Sunday before we head home?

Answer

As of now, no, it will depend if we leave for our honeymoon that Sunday or not:)
