Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) or Arnold Palmer/Latrobe Regional Airport (LBE)

Flying into PIT will most likely be cheaper, but it is about 1 hr and 30 minutes from the Hilton, vs 45 minutes from LBE. Either way we are hopeful to have siblings and friends available to pick up any guests flying in who do not want to rent a car. Let us know if this is you!

Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP

The block is now full, but rooms are still available here. The Ramada is a cheaper option, below. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and The Roost. Bus departure times and additional information to come.

Ramada by Wyndham Indiana

This is a cheaper hotel option for those who missed the opportunity to book within the original block at the Hilton. TBD on whether buses will be dropping off and picking up here, but it is only a few minute drive from the Hilton (where buses will definitely pick up)!

Travel Note

Transportation to The Roost

Buses will be provided from the Hilton to the Roost, and back! Departure and pick up times are to come. They will be staggered for guests with differing needs. If you would prefer to drive your own vehicle to the Roost there are multiple parking lots on site.
