While our wedding will take place at Garner Valley Commons, we wanted to share a nearby lodging option we love: Tahquitz Pines Retreat in Idyllwild—about a 25–30 minute drive from the venue. 🌲 About Tahquitz Pines Tahquitz Pines is a peaceful, rustic retreat nestled among the pine trees in Idyllwild. It offers a range of simple, cozy lodge rooms and cabins, all within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and hiking trails. It’s a great option for guests who want to relax, connect, and soak in the mountain atmosphere with others attending the wedding. You can book your stay directly through their website: 👉 tahquitzpines.com (We recommend booking early, as availability may be limited.) 🚐 Getting to and from the wedding venue if you are staying at Tahquitz Pines • Carpooling is encouraged to help make transportation easy and stress-free. • After the celebration, two rotating 15-passenger vans will be available to shuttle guests back to Tahquitz Pines Retreat. • If you drive to the venue, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight. • The next morning, some of us will return to the venue and can carpool back to pick up any cars left behind.
