The fact that you’re here means you’ve been invited to share in one of the most meaningful seasons of our lives. It means the world to us to gather our favorite people in one place to celebrate this next chapter. Just for fun, we wanted to introduce ourselves and share the short version of how we got here. We met on New Year’s Eve 2024 thanks to a close friend who happened to be a frequent flyer of Taco Sisters and recognized Jordan. She knew the kind, genuine, infectious Jordan just had to meet the loving, honest, incredible Hailey. The connection felt instant, and the rest quickly became history. In many ways, it’s still mind-blowing how our paths crossed so many times throughout the years through shared places, people, and experiences, yet somehow we only found each other when the timing was finally right. The way it was meant to be. Being able to say “I do” in Lafayette means far more to us than simply choosing a wedding venue. Lafayette is woven into so much of who we are. Hailey has lived in Lafayette since 1999 and while it took some time through childhood to fully claim it, she now proudly considers herself a Laffy girl. Jordan, originally from Baton Rouge, has spent years traveling and living throughout the country, yet Lafayette has always remained a place she returned to, a constant sense of home. There is something incredibly special about celebrating our marriage in a city that has shaped so much of our lives individually and now together. As we plan our wedding, it has become important to us to keep things as local, intentional, and meaningful as possible; from the people involved to the places and traditions that make Lafayette our home. We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such genuine love and support, and we are so grateful you’ll be part of this journey with us. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in September!
