When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, no later than February 28, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. This means a long or tea-length dresses, and a suit and tie are appropriate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Wire no later than 4:15 PM on April 11th. The ceremony with begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, absolutely! Otherwise, we are keeping things a bit more intimate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this celebration is for adults only—unless your child’s name is on the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Head to the Travel tab on our website for our favorite places to stay nearby. We definitely recommend the James Newbury Hotel located right on the same property as the ceremony, reception, and after party-making it the most convenient option for your stay.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Just let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available for all guests at The Wire, whether or not you’re staying at the hotel. Uber and Lyft may be limited in Coxsackie. We are looking into local car service options and will update this section soon. If you need a ride, we recommend planning ahead.
