Where should I stay?
Answer
We're getting married at a barn in Dorr, Michigan, which is about 25 minutes south of Downtown Grand Rapids. There are no hotel options within walking distance, so we would recommend either a hotel close to Stephanie and Nick, or one close to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes from Lake Michigan, if you wanted to stay lakeside. Nothing is very far or difficult to get to in Grand Rapids!

How long should I stay?
Answer
The wedding will be on Saturday afternoon/evening October the 11th, 2025. Michigan is absolutely beautiful in the fall, and you might consider a side trip up North, or extending your visit to see some of the state. You should be able to see the event information when you sign in to RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Lots of free parking is available.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Wedding casual. Is that a dress code? Not formal, but I think Stephanie has some sort of dress, so probably more formal than jeans.

Not directly, but if you check the tab with hotel information, there are discount codes.

Should I rent a car?

If you are flying, we do recommend a car rental, or planning on rideshares/taxis.

Can I bring an extra person/people?
Answer
The barn has a capacity limit, and right now we are a little above it. As we get RSVPs in, we might be able to accommodate some extras that are not listed, but we likely won't know until we get most of the RSVPs in. Reach out to Stephanie.
