Question

How do we utilize the provided transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to the wedding from the hotel, then back again at 10:00pm that same evening. TRANSPORTATION WILL ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL AT 2:00pm AND DEPART AT 2:15pm!!! Please utilize this, as it is almost impossible and very expensive to get an uber to and from this location. If you booked a hotel room here and did not use the rooms we blocked, let the front desk know when you check in so that they can give you the transportation card!!

What do I wear?

Answer

We’re gently asking our guests to wear cocktail attire if they’re able to be comfortable doing so. Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding, so wear what makes you feel comfortable/prepared for the weather. If it rains, festivities will take place under a large tent with hardwood floors.

Do I bring my kids?

Answer

Not this time, sorry! Unfortunately we will not be able to make the proper accommodations that are necessary to make this a safe and happy environment for children.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes. However if you are staying from out of town, we have hotel rooms blocked off for you, and we also have transportation to the wedding from that hotel. That info can be found in the “Where Do I Stay” section of our website. Please keep in mind that everyone must leave the venue by 10pm, and all cars must vacate the venue parking area by 8am the following morning!

Will there be food & stuff?

Answer

Yes. We will have an open bar and a buffet style dinner with passed appetizers during a cocktail hour. Come hungry! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions so if you need certain food options please let us know ASAP so we can try and do our best.
