Question
What about covid-19 and the precautions will you be taking?
Answer
We want everyone to come however we completely understand if you do not feel comfortable attending a large event, like this. We will follow what guidelines the venue and CDC have put in place. We can’t say 100% if masks will be mandatory at this time. We encourage those who have health concerns to take the precautions necessary. (There is limited outside tables, if you want to social distance) There will be a sanitizing station at the main door, near the food, and sanitizer bottles around the venue. Plus three different restrooms available to wash. As the event gets closer, we will provide a Covid update since things change so frequently.

Can I bring a date? Are our kids welcomed?
Answer
We would love to be able to invite everyone, our wedding is strictly RSVP, only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions please reach out.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Yes! We have a hotel block at the SpringHill Marriott in downtown Butler, Pa. All reservations need to be made by June 1, 2021. All rooms will either be a king size bed or two queens. Please refer to the travel tab to book room at the discount rate or call the hotel directly. Listed under the graham-Barron wedding. Our discount rate will be available from June 29- July 5, 2021

How many people will be at the wedding?
Answer
We are expecting around 120 guest to attend the wedding.

What should I wear?
Answer
Business casual. Men do not need to wear dress pants, nice jeans are welcomed.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! We rented a bus to transport everyone safely to and from the event.

Is there parking?
Answer
The golf course has a lot of parking available. For those who need help getting around, there will be a golf cart ride available to the ceremony and reception site. Anyone staying at our hotel block will have a bus to transport them from the hotel to the venue plus the return ride back to the hotel at the end of the reception.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside, at the tee box. If it rains we will have it under a pavilion. The reception area is inside but there are two different outside patios to enjoy the fresh air.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
We ask that during the ceremony no pictures be taken but any other time please feel free to selfie away! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #blessthebarrons so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
Question
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
We will have an open bar with drinks to choose from. The dinner will be marinated chicken and barbecue roast round bottom. Red potatoes. Green beans. Toss salad. Dinner rolls and bread. There will be cupcakes for dessert and the famous Pittsburgh cookie table
