Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM so we request that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:20 and no later than 3:50.

If you plan to drive, there will be valet service provided for your convenience. Shuttle service from the hotel to the venue will depart at 3:15 and 3:30 in front of the hotel and will depart the reception at 10 and 10:30.

We have reserved 25 rooms at The Westin Tampa Waterside for our guests. If you intend on staying, we highly encourage booking a room early to secure your stay.

We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away during our ceremony.

Yes, the bar will be open upon arrival and will resume after the ceremony. Last call will be at 10PM.

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open. We have designated seating for the reception and will provide a seating chart to help direct you to your spot.

We will be making our exit at 10:30 and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time. For those interested, we have reserved a private area from 10:30PM to 1:30AM at The American Social, which is located next door to the hotel.
