We're Gettin' Hitched!

The year was 2020, the shadow of Covid was just beginning to descend upon this glorious nation and the world was about to shut down. In July, right before shit really hit the fan I was invited on a camping trip that would change my life. Turns out it would be one of the last get togethers I would have with friends for a while. Sadie, a friend of a friend of a friend’s roommate was invited to go on the camping trip and when I arrived at her house with everyone to pack up our camp gear it was then that I laid eyes on her for the first time. Maybe 5’2 maybe barely 4’8” Idk, she was a gorgeous blonde haired Texan (as evidenced by her boots, hat, and the pocket knife she kept in her back pocket) and I needed to know more about this wonderful woman. The trip was filled with leisurely pontoon rides, tubing and some very burnt smores and all of it made that much more special by being with her. While on the trip I knew this going to be someone very special in my life, I knew I’d found my person. We connected in a way that I had could have never imagined with anyone else. After 4 years of adventures and growing closer to my favorite person, we’re both looking forward to a lifetime together.
