Graham’s thrilled to be the first Dahlenburg brother-in-law, though that might mean giving Wyatt even more permission to crush him in future ski trips — or at the card table in a fierce game of Skip-Bo!

Tyler is the brother Graham’s always wanted, even if Graham’s chances of surviving a wrestling match with him are slim to none!

Karsten has been a rock in Graham’s life — an incredible role model, a loyal friend, and the one person Graham can always count on. Together, they’ve shared countless memories: college adventures, BYOC (Bring-your-own cereal) shenanigans, and endless fun during tennis seasons. Karsten, along with Graham, was the king of bringing energy to 6 a.m. themed lifts — whether it was beach day, pajamas, or some other crazy idea to get everyone pumped. And while Karsten excels at many things, one thing he’ll never admit? The time Graham wrestled him to the ground for a few brief, glorious seconds!

Izzy is a cherished friend and wonderful bridesmaid! Her and Kara's friendship began at their church's father/daughter camp, Camp Paradise, when they were just eight years old. Growing up, they shared countless memories in choir and theater, often finding themselves cast as the same roles—like the memorable mother duck in their eighth-grade musical, Honk. Izzy’s empathetic nature and warm heart make her someone you can always count on, whether you need a listening ear or a cozy chat over a good cup of coffee. Kara is so grateful to have her by her side on this special day!

Austin is like that “girlfriend who went to another school” — everyone’s heard about him, but nobody believed he was real since we'd rarely see one another. Graham and Austin met through service work at the Pittsburgh Project, and their friendship was built on pranks, hard work, and deep conversations. Over the years, Austin has been Graham’s ultimate adventure buddy, joining him on spur-of-the-moment hikes in the Adirondacks, impromptu trips to NYC, skydiving, and so much more. Their bond has brought accountability, love, and affirmation into their lives, forming a true brotherhood. At Pitt, they were gym buddies, with Austin delighting in absolutely decimating Graham in every workout imaginable

Lindsay is a dear friend and one of Kara's amazing bridesmaids! Lindsay and Kara's friendship began in fifth grade through their church small group. Lindsay is fiercely loyal and passionate, with a heart that truly cares for those around her. As a special education teacher, she makes a meaningful impact in the lives of her students every day. Outside of her inspiring work, she’s also a proud dog mom, always ready to share stories and photos of Marley and Oban. Kara is so excited to have Lindsay by her side on this special day!
Eric Riddle

Eric is the ultimate story of foe turned friend. He started as a rival tennis teammate at Grove City College, but that rivalry quickly evolved into early morning breakfasts and epic Mario Kart showdowns during chapel (don’t worry, we had all our chapel credits!). Since college, Eric and Graham have traveled together quite a bit, hitting up the Cincinnati Tennis Open and attending teammates’ weddings. Eric is a tennis slapshot specialist, a running enthusiast, and an incredible Spartan Race partner who’s always up for a challenge. Plus, he’s a road trip warrior who can fall asleep in a car instantly. Graham is truly grateful for their epic origin story and the strong friendship they’ve built along the way.

Amy and Kara met while working together at HOPE International and living in Lancaster, and Kara has been grateful for her friendship over the past three years. Amy is a fellow coffee shop enthusiast, and she and Kara have spent many mornings at Copper Cup with an oat milk coffee and good conversation. Amy has a beautiful heart for God and is known for being wise, faithful, and honest. She is always there to support those around her, walking alongside friends through both the ups and downs of life. Kara admires her confidence and authenticity and is thrilled to have her by her side on this special day!

Jon is Graham’s chaplain protégé and a cherished friend from the Grove City men’s tennis team. Known for his intentionality and wisdom, Jon has a unique ability to offer profound insights or deliver perfectly timed roasts with unvarnished truth. During college, Jon was a helpful guide whenever Graham needed advice and took on the chaplaincy role with great skill. His support didn’t stop there — Jon has continued to aid Graham in his faith journey even after college. They’ve shared countless laughs and deep conversations, and Jon can vouch to Kara that Graham won’t be a terrible roommate, having spent time in Lancaster County after graduation when Jon relocated there for work. Their bond is built on genuine connection and shared experiences that continue to enrich both their lives.

Gavin is the younger brother Graham never had, yet his wisdom and maturity make it hard to believe he’s just recently graduated from college (Congrats, though you still look like you’ve just graduated high school!). Though they only had half a semester together at Grove City College, it was packed with memorable moments: dinner dates where Gavin indulged in enough ice cream to make any mother worry, and practice sessions where Gavin not only embarrassed Graham but also called out all his smack talk bluffs. Graham has cherished going back to Grove to visit Gavin and watch him grow into the remarkable person he is today. Gavin speaks immense truth into Graham’s life, just as Graham strives to do the same for him.

Juliana is a wonderful coworker at HOPE International and a cherished friend! Known for her thoughtfulness and kindness, Juliana has a special talent for connecting with people, always asking intentional questions that spark meaningful conversations. One of Kara's favorite memories with Juliana was visiting her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii! They had an amazing time visiting beaches, snorkeling, and eating acai bowls and fresh shrimp. Kara is so grateful to have Juliana by her side on this special day!

Brittany is a friend, roommate, and coworker at HOPE International. She and Kara have a lot of fun together, often embracing their competitive sides during board game nights(watch out during Settlers of Catan) or on the pickleball court. She has a deep love for her family, especially her two (soon to be three!) adorable nephews, who bring her so much joy. I’m thrilled to have Brittany by my side on this special day, ready to celebrate with all the fun and love she brings!
