When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 18th, 2026 so we can provide an accurate headcount to all our vendors for food, drinks, seating, etc.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Instead of a traditional wedding registry, we would appreciate any gifts to our honeymoon fund! It can be found under the registry tab on our website.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please try to arrive 15-20 minutes early to the church for the ceremony to find parking (if necessary) and find your seat. Parking can be sparse in the area and no-one will be allowed in after the ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

For the rehearsal dinner, smart casual is just fine. For the ceremony and reception, dress code is formal.

Can I bring a date?

Please bring only guests named or indicated on the invitation.

Please note this will be an adults-only celebration (18+).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have arranged room blocks at three local hotels, and those can be found on the "Travel" tab of our website. If those do not fit your liking, there are numerous other hotels in the Downtown Tampa area that are a short distance away from all the wedding events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please put any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the appropriate section of your RSVP and we will do our utmost to accommodate you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
For the ceremony, no parking is available on-site at Sacred Heart. Valet parking is available at Le Meridien The Courthouse Hotel across the street, and there are also several public parking garages in the area. For the reception, Oxford Exchange has its own parking lot reserved for the event as well as street parking near the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be any transportation provided to and from hotels, the ceremony, and the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
If you would like to join us for our rehearsal dinner on Friday, August 21st, at 6:30 p.m., please indicate so on your RSVP. This will be a more casual event to mingle with the wedding party and other guests with beer, wine, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and food stations.
