What day should I arrive?

Answer

The room block starts on Wednesday and ends on Monday. We would love more time with all our guests and encourage you to enjoy San Diego before / after the wedding! Be sure to check the 'Things to Do' link in the navigation to learn more.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Seating is open and will begin at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but resources restrict this. We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

How do I get from the hotel to the welcome party on Friday?

Answer

There will be a free trolley service running from Kona Kai to Bali Hai all night. This trolley will run in a continual loop for the entire party. Please feel free to jump on the short trolley ride or take a 20 minute walk along the bay.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Friday: The welcome party is a Polynesian theme and is very casual. Feel free to wear anything from Hawaiian shirts to jeans. Keep in mind it will get colder once the sun goes down, so bring a jacket just in case! Saturday: The wedding ceremony is on a sand beach. Feel free to wear shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in the sand. The bride will be wearing a formal dress and the groom will be wearing a navy suit. Formal attire is not required, but feel free to look sharp!

Please RSVP no later than September 12! We'd like to have an accurate head count and meal selections prior to the meeting. Thanks for your help!
