Buckley Homestead County Park
About 5 minutes down the road from where we are getting married, Buckley Homestead holds a special place in our hearts. If you're lucky, you'll get to spot some pigs, sheep, cows, and a horse! Great place to go for a leisurely stroll and take advantage of a nice fall day. Their parking lot is located at 18301 Hendricks St, Lowell, IN 46356. Just follow the walking path to the park!
Indiana Dunes National Park
There are several access points to get into Indiana Dunes National Park. We highly recommend visiting the Visitor Center OR following directions for the West Beach entrance.
Port Drive In
There's nothing better than a burger and some good 'ol fashioned root beer after a long hike at the dunes!
County Line Orchard
September means U-Pick Sunflowers! If you're in town for longer than just Saturday, we recommend a stop for apples, doughnuts, and more!
