For those traveling from the greater LA area, you can find a lot of direct flight options from LAX to SJD airport. If you are flying from the East Coast, there are numerous routes through Texas, and some direct options as well! Everyone should plan to land at SJD airport. Please note, once you land there may be a long line at customs. Allow about 30 minutes to an hour during this time of the year. Once you pass through customs, you will walk through a large room of people trying to sell you boat tours and other random things. Keep your head down and keep walking to the outside! We highly recommend booking a private transfer to your hotel. We have supplied a link for booking a round trip transfer from the airport to The Cape Hotel. Travel Note

Shuttle from the Airport to The Cape Hotel

We recommend hiring a private shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Once you exit the airport, you will find your driver with your name on a sign at bay #10 outside of terminal 2. You can hire a one-way or round trip shuttle. If you book one-way, you can always Uber or have the hotel concierge get you a car back to the airport for your departure.
