Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged for transportation from the hotel, to the venue, as well as back to the hotel. The shuttle will be picking up guests at the Holiday Inn at 3:00 pm. There will be two shuttles back to the hotel at 9:30 pm and 12:30 am.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones and spending time with them, this will be an adults only ceremony and reception. They'll have more fun somewhere else anyways!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For anyone who is driving, there is parking on site at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There ceremony begins at 4:00 pm but people will probably start trickling in to hang out and chat any time after 3:15 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that everybody dress in formal attire to help us celebrate in style.

Will it be an open bar?

It sure as heck will.

Do I need to choose a meal in advance?

Answer

No need to make a dinner selection - dinner will be served buffet style with a variety of delicious options. If you have any dietary restrictions that we should know about, please contact us to let us know.
